Welcome
Try a jumper lead from battery direct to starter bypassing the solenoid , if this turns starter then check the thin solenoid wire is connected and live when starting with test bulb / meter
How long since it last started/ turned over

Hi thanks for reply will try this, tried it a couple of weeks ago but battery did not have enough umph to start it but it turned over, tried it Saturday this time it would not turn over so charged up spare battery (which is a good one) tried that buT
t nothing lights work ignition comes on press starter button but nothing, cheers

If the motor is turning and engine not the solenoid throws the gear into place when energised best strip motor off and check the gear is being thrown out to engage the flywheel.
