Stainless centre pipe from MM 4x4

I have fitted a Double SS stainelss system with no centre box to my V8 disco and it sounds great at idle but when driving at 1400 to 1800 revs it gives you serious ear ache.

Am going to have a small box welded into the centre pipe to try to reduce the relentless drone.

MM 4x4 can't supply a new rear section to go with the centre pipe as I have tried this before going to Double SS.

BE WARNED Ear ache from the exhaust and the missus is not a great combo!!!!

I'm after a mild steel pipe to replace the mid box on my 300tdi Disco, needs to be the one with a 3 bolt flange one end and a sleeve the other. Does anyone have a part number for it so I can get one from Bearmach cheap? Cheers!

Or do what I did. 2 metres of straight exhaust from motor factor around £10, cut out box from old pipe and weld in straight section. Did the same on front pipe. Couldn't see much point in paying out for a stainless section when the rest is all mild steel.

My viewpoint exactly, but a mild steel pipe with all the fittings is going to be less than a tenner from Bearmach and requires no cutting and welding!

I just can't remember the part number for the thing, and their parts browser is next to useless at finding specific bits!
