SRS light on & no rear lights? HELP!

Hi, My SRS light goes on & off sometimes, its been on for 2 weeks now.

I had to drive home last night & had the SRS light on, No rear lights & no dashboard lights! HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I`ve got an 02 Flander 1.8 petrol. is this a common fault? My handbrake light was on & off sometimes too.
