squeaky tension pulley

My tension pulley on my 300tdi disco squeals like a good one and its starting to get annoying, i've bought a new bearing for it and changed them over but it hasn't seemed to make any difference, its not the belt and as far as i can tell it can really only be the bearing anyone help?
