hi there all, im new to the rane rover l322 haha, ive owned it for a while 5months and ive driven 6 feet, then it started to decompose around me, im slowly going through its issues but i have a couple of questions the members might be able to answer so here goes, how do yo find out what spec the range is no badge on tailgate log book no help cant get anywhere on line. also the front door cards removed ive noticed the lack of tweeters but there seems to be wiring for them a blue plug, can i just get some tweeters and plug them in, how are they held in if so, it is an 05 model td6 not harmon kardon audio, any help welcomed.

Trim level can be a fun one on these. Maybe tell us what toys it has and someone might be able to work out the trim. Or at the very least, tell you what it's not. Out of curiousity, why do you need to know the trim level?

hit there all thanks for trying, id like to know what it is out of curiosity but more than that the insurance company wants to know what spec, they say range rover, range rover se, range rover hse, range rover vogue, and autobiobraphy, i reckon its not the vogue and biography, so need to know to keep them happy.for insurance.
can anyone help with the tweeters or lack of? can i simply add some and would the radio work them? and centre dash speaker, again can i add it is there wiring there?
toys it has are, 19 inch wheels
factory running board and flaps
fuel burning heater
heated front seats sand coloured leather piped
heated front screen
heated steering wheel
bits of old sideboard in all doors, dash ends ,lower and upper dash and gearbox tunnel, walnut i think
heated folding mirrors and puddle lights
zenon headlights and wash wipers
electric seats front but not powered head rests
was double din sat nav radio been changed to an after market, but no tweeters in front upper door area by mirrors
cd changer under glove box
front and rear parking sensors
remote central locking
cruise control
java black
hope it helps identify the car

My guess is a HSE with heated steering wheel as an optional extra.

If it's an after market stereo the tweater wires are probably not connected to the head unit.

Most of those are standard, not toys.

@Saint.V8 is the best chap to know but I thought headlamp wash wipe was Vogue and above?

Correct, mine is registered as an HSE model, but has been factory optioned with the Vogue options sans the sunroof, heated rear seats and 14 way front seats....just the standard seats that lack the upper seat back back tilt function.

If it had the factory 16:9 Sat Nav display, heated rear seats, 14 way front seats and heated steering wheel - it is *most* likely a Vogue....but not fitted with the optional Harmon Kardon system...OR the door cards have been replaced...!!

It is super difficult to guess which spec is which as it could be anything fitted with a myriad of options...I mean if you wanted to, you could order a Vogue and downgrade to the HSE by removing items....it would be better to start with an HSE in the first place, but it was still possible....

I would advise going to LR and giving them the VIN, they may be able to tell you what it is originally!
