Wish I had my landy switched to canvas tilt for this warm weather. I'd run around without the frame even. Don't see many stripped-down like that. It's the flaffing around to dismantle the hard top that puts me off. It'd be great if you could do it quickly.

I take the lot off :D

with hard tops I keep the top intact just don't fix it down to the tub or screen. lift the entire thing off and stick it in the garage then rest it back on when I return. just gives the appearance of security but I have left it off all night many a time during june - aug

I would just leave it on the drive but the scrap scavengers are on permanent patrol round here and they can shift if they get a sniff of something :D

Didn't take long for the weather to change fellas...nice to have both.

I like the idea of the tilt but my hardtop is extremely heavy with all the thick glass in it. Definitely a job for two blokes.

I remember taking the canvas off my LWB years ago, thinking to get some lovely fresh air. What I got was the air flowing over the windscreen, hitting the inside of the rear body, picking up all the loose sh*t on the floor, and blowing it all back in my face. Not too refreshing as I remember it.

You have to wait for it to rain at least once with the roof off, this then damps down all the dust and S**t , makes it more bearable.

Cheers
