silly question time

:behindsofa: finally got finaces under control from christmas etc etc. been given the green light to buy meself n depender 300tdi a snorkel. i wanted a safari replica but 1 ive seen 2 types 1 rigid plastic and the other with a swivel top...only a few £s in it so which to choose???

also im after the measurements for the LAND ROVER logo that goes on the bonnet if anyone wouldn't mind measuring theres for me!

The logo is DEFENDER..... LAND ROVER DEFENDER GRILLE DECAL (GENUINE) on eBay (end time 28-Feb-10 14:48:52 GMT) how ever I think I have seen LAND ROVER on a Defender... Search Ebay under Land Rover decal.
Snorkel... Its all about what you like at the end of the day. Have you considered the Mantec Plastic Jobby? PM040 Mantec Raised Air Intake - FLEXLITE PLASTIC JOBBY - 300TDI TD5 and PUMA Very easy to fit. If you are shelling out your hard earned cash make sure its what YOU want. Look alikes are not the same quality as originals.

ty 4ur reply im looking for the measurements for the LAND ROVER bonnet decal. like whats on the new defender. got a friend who does vynil signs etc who is sorting me out with a bonnet decal.
see i looked at that snorkel but looks a bit poncy (imo) 4 a ruggedy dented defender. might get cheaper 1 n get a crate of beer to drink whilst fitting it!!!lol i know u can turn them round to stop heavey rain getting in but does anyone bother?
