Should I paint the bumper...

Hi All,
I am in two minds, should I paint my battered old galv bumper black to match the new battered old A bar?
Or should I leave it as it blends in with the rest of the mismatched panels.....

Thanks for any advice (and yes I will be painting the cross member!!)

Keep it galvanised. More in keeping with the Landy than a black bumper in my opinion.

and if you are worried about it matching get the a bar blasted a galved to match!

As it is not a series motor painting it would not look out of place. but both the a bar and bumper need to match!

If I replace the bumper I will get a black one but as it is twisted and dented I am leaning towards leaving it as is

Painting a galv bumper will look good to start but in time with scrapes and peeling will look well shoddy.My 90's is galv.

Only if you don't prep it properly for paint will it peel. My winch bumper is galv, t-wash, primed and painted, even with scuffs and scrapes it looks no different to a normal bumper.
