While doing some work on the handbrake, I did notice the rear prop UJ felt a little funny. I told myself I would change it another time. I finally got round to it about 2 months after noticing it.

Not my finest hour...

The shards of the rollers. All that is left on that side. But at lease there is a little grease in there.

This side was just dust.

You could weld that ... ;)

I've driven worse. Its not bad until the cup has worn away completely and the yoke is beginning to oval. Had that on a friends td5 after he had lent it to his parents to go to south of France. He was away when they got back and asked me to look at it because his parents had said it was "making a funny noise". The dust spider had nearly worn through the entire yoke, needless to say the prop was not repairable.
