hi to all i have just joined the club i have been trying to part exchange my freeland 2 for another freelander 2 and keep being asked about the service history that i hav'ent got i did'nt get any with my car when i bought it so i need to get the service history of my car been trying for days with out any luck could anyone help me and tell me where to go to get the service history cos its driving me mad lol, thanks tjt490

9yr old with bijna 100K on the clock, yeah, I'd forget about that and get the full shabang done by a reputable indy.

Unlike an MOT the service history is voluntary and by some seen as a sign that a car has been maintained, worth nothing to me as I expect to be under the bonnet regular but for some it's worth paying a premium for.
 
Do you have receipts for services , during your ownership?
Also, I once bought a vehicle without history but with a few receipts. Managed to contact garages for previous owner and owner before , from details on receipts. If you have something that shows any previous work, you can possible get service details, by phoning the garages.
