Smaller I guess was a tire kicker though as he said he’s gotten hold of one
But I’m on the lookout for a series steering wheel if they are 48 spline as my td5 one really is small

You can get converter bosses to change to a more specialised wheel ...

A pre-87 Metro wheel will fit too ... I think they're 48 spline ...in fact any OLD British Leyland ...(spit) ... wheel should fit, you may loose the self-cancel tho ...

Ask in the Wanteds ...

I have an old marina van with a big steering might try it until I go to a spares day and get a big series3 steering once the engine is in hopefully this weekend hope it’ll start

Original steering wheels are ok if you are relatively slim. I replaced mine cos there wasn't room for me and it. Makes the steering a tad heavier but it's much easier to get in and out.

With this one I'm hoping to keep the std steering wheel ( late 2a ) as with all my series trucks I have always binned the std steering wheel and fitted a Moutney wheel but I am hoping to fit none electric Mazda rx8 seats and having them positioned so they slide right back to the bulkhead but allowing for the back rest to be operated, if not I will fit another Moutney :)
