Picked up one of these today from a boot fair. No idea why as I removed the dash socket for it years ago.
Stick it ebay and quadruple your mo ehPicked up one of these today from a boot fair. No idea why as I removed the dash socket for it years ago.
Emmm... you do know that with 20k posts you are allowed to use the for sale section? No need to dance around the topic in the hope of getting away with it.
Not actually convinced it's genuin. Looks too new. I'll stick a photo up and get the collective viewpoint. Not seeing a pic so didnt happen..lol...
But if you want to sell pm me...
Looks real, I have one and it looks the same, came from MOD sales.
Yes. And you can plug it in either way as it’s only a bulb.So THAT’S what those red & black holes in my dash are for
Well that counts me out then for sure. But since you don’t have the requisite holes I could show you where you could stick it if you like……only the elite have them
Sadly they are hundreds of pounds and only the elite have them
You know me too well.So how come you picked it up for a fiver then..
Oh good. My fiver wasn’t so bad then.Interestingly I picked up a box of 10 or so from MOD-SALES.... years ago for about £150... sold them on eBay over a year and the price I got varied, some went for £19, others went for £65....
Deffo not... I wonder if you can get an LED bulb for it.. I assume you can.Oh good. My fiver wasn’t so bad then.
Yes but it would almost be as sad as putting them in a series headlight.Deffo not... I wonder if you can get an LED bulb for it.. I assume you can.
Depends if you want to keep it on the mantle for display with your antique pipe rack and and set of horse brass or actually take it out and use it. I am looking to make an equivalent form an old led work light I have as I want a usable inspection light to plug into the dash rather than a display piece. Its a bit like I would rather have working fire extinguisher than one of the old pyrene canisters!Yes but it would almost be as sad as putting them in a series headlight.
