Hi all
I have a got a replacement timing chain tensioner as mine exploded when the timing change flue out the engine before I got it, should the tensioner be free to move on the piston or should it be incredibly stiff, it is currently the latter.
I had to removed the old sleeve from the piston by heat, and put the new one on by compression in a vice. This can't be right in my opinion. Thanks for your help once again.
