series 2 steel wheels

Hi , on series steel wheels does anybody know if you can put together wheels marked 5.5f x16x33 and 5.5jx16x33, trying to make up set of 5 and I have 3of each . Hoping to put on 7.5 r 16 all terains and cannot find any real info but suspect that the 5.5 f ones need inner tubes , would be grateful for any help
