Sell or Keep advice please

I have a 1983 110 which has been shortened to a 90 by a previous owner. Has 131k on 3.9litre EFI V8 again transplanted by a previous owner. I have completed the chassis work including new rear cross member, replaced the truck cab and installed new rear glass, insulation and head lining. New military doors with handles, hinges etc, new steering lock, new indicators(not installed), new seat belts(not installed) new steering wheel and boss, new front windscreen glass (fold down flat forward type), replacement bonnet - all new gaskets and seals where truck cab windscreen etc have been done. 90% paintwork has been rubbed down for painting (black nato paint bought). Arches etc all primed and ready. Wheels still need sand blasted and not sure if MOT will require new coil springs etc. Has been SORN for last two years and I have to work at it outside (tarp on tarp off routine). Winter is here again - I am in Northern Ireland. Wanted one of these for years and searched high and low until I got a V8 but the shine is wearing off as I have 2 at university in England and my piggy bank is just about dry. I am considering whether to sell or keep this project and any advice would be greatly excepted as regards ideas or value as is etc.

Just store it if money is an issue
