Seized 2012 l322 tdv8 4.4?

Today couldn't get much worse..... Cleaning wheel arches on my range earlier car is idling while I clean arches out suddenly she cut out dead. Feeling perplexed I have got back in to start her and nothing no crank just a "dink" sound..... Auto box fail flashed up briefly then never appeared again..... Car was idling beautiful nothing untoward. RAC couldn't read the cars diagnostics unfortunately and crank won't turn by hand oil showing within parameters on the auto level.... No dipstick on these.

Can it really be seized? Nothing on line for this.

Battery is strong power pack tried etc.......

Car stands me in at 21 thousand I bought it 4 months ago....
