Seatbelt pretensioners and steering wheel airbag

Im gonna change the seats in my 99' L series FL from a 2003 model. The 99' model have the Sagem airbag system and the 03 have the Siemens system. Are the seatbelt pretensioner still the same or do i need to swap them over?

The 03 version also have radio controls on the steering wheel. Can i still fit the Sagem airbag on this wheel? Different system but same mount?

Will the collision sensing system be the same? I expect it's controlled by the ECU somewhere along the line.

Seatbelt pretensioner are the same. The steering wheel will fit with the old airbag. Still unsure about the passenger airbag.
