screen wash pump

hello,
I was wondering if the screen wash pump can be replaced without removing the front bumper,maybe reaching 4 it and replacing if possible from under the range?

You can get good access to the area by simply removing the rh fog light.

so after removing the fog light i just stick my hand in the light hole and reach 4 the pump and pull it out from reservoir?that simple or will it turn into a mission?the garage wants 100$ to fix it and plus leaving rangy 4 the whole day in the garage.

yesterday I watched my mechanic access the pumps to check wire voltage to each one, through the fog light hole, only took 5 minutes, I presume changing the pumps is quite easy but I 've not had to have this done yet....
