SatNav/On-board Computor Sytem Not Working L322 2003

Hi I have today received another on-board unit which I have fitted but is still not working after checking the CD changer in the boot there is also no power to this either. When you start the car there is a colour change to the screen but nothing else.

Anyone else have this problem or any ideas
