Sat Nav and Bluetooth not working L322 3.6TdV8

Hi there, can anyone help please?
When I select on Sat Nav or Bluetooth, the system says ‘not fitted’.....but I know it is! Everything else works fine....TV, radio, CD etc. Any ideas?
