Has any members got YouTube links to replacing the door rubbers on a S3. Part of mine seem to be riveted on under the main rubber

If you are replacing like for like, you will need to drill out the rivets, and re-rivet the new rubbers using the same holes (blind rivets). None original rubber seals are often harder than the original rubber and you may need to adjust the door catch and striker outward, and gradually adjust back in as the rubber softens.
