Yes it's the Safety Devices one, they went out of buisness for a while when the owner died but I understand they are back in buisness, they aren't making the racks as a stock item any more but I think they are making them to order, I contacted them re the load deck for my rack, they said they could make one in about 6 weeks but the price ruled it out for me. Now & again you will see them on ebay although haven't seen one for a couple of months
