Roof rack mounts

I have tried various combinations of search terms but I can't find the post I was looking for.

A few months ago somebody posted a thread with pictures about the mounts they were fabricating but I cant remember who it was. It might have been part of a thread about other fabrication works so it is not coming up in a search for roof rack mounts. Anybody remember who it might have been?

Just remember the built in design flaw. If you want them over the doors, measure the tolerance between gutter and door top. It’s s bit tight for durdy great thick ‘C’ channel.

Can take a bit of grinding to gerit fin.
