Roof rack leaking?

Hey guys, wondering if any of you have seen a similiar problem.

I have had my 99 series II for about a month now and after the first heavy rain I have noticed the front driverside headliner is a bit wet. I am thinking that the rack mount may be the culprit. Is there any seal to replace? I am trying to get this fixed before having to replace the headliner due to water damage. TIA

Just wait and when it gets real bad Drill a hole or two in the floor to let the access water out. Otherwise remove heady thingamebob remove roofrack and seal all joints with silicone and replace b-b
