roof rack and bumpers

soon plan to build a full roof rack for my disco 1(my mate is the demon welder !!), also after this want to replace both front and rear bumpers,quite like the look of the bumpers that are similar in shape to originals,
anyone got any advice /pics/ or plans for any of these projects??
