Reverse lights not working

Freelander 1 TD4 W reg. Reverse lights not working! bulbs ok, F2 fuse ok but cant get any power on the end of the wirer that fits on the switch at gearbox

anyone been there before?

Normally it's the actual switch itself, I had this issue and had to change mine.

Take both wires off the switch and connect together (bullet connectors) - then put the ignition on and they should light up - if they do then you need a new switch..
