respray prices

Hi
Considering having my 1988 110 csw resprayed,I live in France and was after some uk prices to compare it too if poss.
Would be more like a blow over than back to metal job, not really and rust to deal with or dents.

Just two weeks ago I was quoted £1250 inc VAT for a prep and respray at a local Land Rover specialist body shop. Since then I've decided to buy the paint and roller it on, and then use rattle cans where needed, as it works out cheaper and I don't really care about the finish.

If you're bothered about having shiny paintwork, then a bodyshop is definitely worth the cash

Yeah I thought about having a bash myself , got a compressor and had abit of spraying experience when I was younger , problem is i don't have the premises so I'd end up painting all my other cars with it !!!
