Disco 1 Removing Rear Reflectors?

Hi Guys & Gals,

When I bought my Disco 1 one of the rear reflectors was damaged. Sourced the parts easily and cheaply.

I've just replaced the broken one, mainly with brute force breaking what remained of the old reflector off the car.

Now I planned on replacing the other side, just so they match up, but is there any easy way of getting the old reflector off without brute force, hammer & chisel?

Not an easier way perhaps, but as the reflectors are in the bumper end caps just remover the cap and knock through from the rear of the cap pushing said reflector out.
