Remote central locking for 90 van

hi! anyone know where i can get a remote central locking kit for my 1993 90 van? and where i could get it fitted? or anyone know who would do both? thanks

Hi you can get a central locking kit from falcon 4x4 ( www.falcon4x4.com ) . I fitted one to my 90 tacking around 3 hours . They cost around £170 and you can add an alarm and electric windows at a later date if you want , sorry dont know anyone who fits them though

Not really hard a little fiddley at times ,if your happy taking the door cards off , fixing some brackets and a bit of wireing its ok (where are you bassed?)

I got my kit from Maplins - came with 4 solenoids, alarm module, central locking interface and 2 fobs for around £60! Haven't finished fitting it yet 'cos it always seems to rain when I start.

Hi

Any good motor factors will supply you a central locking kit because it does'nt need to be vehicle specific. All a central locking kit is technically is a solenoid which pulls you're locks down.

I have read somewhere that a Classic Range Rover will do the job.
