Recommended Land Rover Garage Norfolk / Cambridgeshire?

I live on the Norfolk/Cambrigeshire border and own a '92 Defender.
Having spent years driving shiny new(ish) cars and being Relatively new to Land Rover ownership, I'm unsure what's 'normal' and what might need attention.
I can do some things myself, i.e. change a propshaft by following an online guide, but don't really have any understanding of engines.

Can anyone a suggest a garage or mechanic who knows about Defenders and might be able to give it a once over and recommend what needs doing now, what I can probably ignore and stuff that may need looking at within the next twelve months or so?
Obviously I'd pay said garage, as I don't expect a business to do it out of the goodness of their heart.

I use St Ives Motors, 01480 462871. I think they used to be a Landrover specialist, I've taken mine there a couple of times now no issues. They also have a series mid-restoration in their workshop, some old landys used as doners out back and run a yellow 300tdi 90 for the business.

Also used United Motors in Huntingdon before, one of them is ex-reme. Appreciate its a bit of a journey for u to these.
