Hello all, I have been absent from the forum for a few months but only because I have been preparing my replacement Range Rover for the streets. Why? Well in short my first one saved my life on a pitch black two lane motorway. I had only weeks earlier fitted some additional high power xenon driving lamps to make my night driving on country lanes safer when, ironically, while unable to use them safely due to oncoming traffic I struck a completely unlit car that had come to rest in the live lane. I walked away from my upside down car with only a small scratch to my head. The pictures below tell the story. I am pleased to add my new safety cage Range Rover picture on my profile today and vow to drive very much slower on dark roads in future. Glad to see the lamps survived intact LOL.
Safe driving all, Tricky.
