Rear door

Hello everyone, hope y'all having a good Monday.... just a quickee anyone know how to open the rear door from the inside? I'm in the process of converting it into a mini camper for adventuring but don't want to be locked in....

I was thinking just a push to make switch piggy backed from the main door switch?

Any thoughts?

In the commercial versions they had a switch on the inside to pop the tailgate open

Just piggybacked into the wiring for the tailgate handle
