looks a lot better than mine :)

no tips for you I'm afraid. I got a second hand door once and tried to repair it, and it virtually disintegrated as I took it apart. I thought I'd just keep the heated glass and wiring, then brushed the glass with my grinder while removing one of the screw heads holding it in. The whole thing instantly disintegrated too. :(

I'm just going to buy a new one!

lots of rust, swearing, and a few cuts, the usual when working on a landie :D getting there with it now, i got frustrated trying to cut out the rest of it as the cutting disc was too large a radius to get at some areas without cutting parts i didnt want to cut so sanded and painted the good bits with hammerite :)
