Rear door not closing properly??

hi I've just bought a freelander 1997 model it needs a few bits doing to it but got it for next to nothing and herd they are good work horses, anyway one of the issues is the rear door it closes but it's got to be slammed shut and held in place feels like it's slightly dropped, any ideas how to fix this? Thank you

Adjust the striker plate.
