Hello, having changed an air bag with the great help and guidance on this site, greatest item was the start and run for 10 seconds 5 times reset the brain of the compressor, my only problem is having changed from brass compression fit to push fit (I unscrewed and removed brass fitting) I can hear hissing from the fitting, I've read you have to cut the pipe and push well in, so my question is how much do I need to cut off? There is a ring on the pipe, I don't want to end up short....story of my life... Help please, thanks

Hi. You have to make a clean and straight cut as to get rid of the section which was maybe hurt by the voss connector's olive so the part of the pipe which goes into the push fit connector to be as new at it's end and along it's circumference without any scratch or other trace on it if you see what i mean
