Rear ACE ram

Hi
The rear drop link appears to have pulled out of the top ball joint. At first I thought it was a cheap part that failed. However it appears that the ace ram is fully retracted and now won’t extend to its normal level.
Any thoughts or advice?

They are stiff, try with engine on and idling if no luck. failing that slacken banjos and then rebleed when working again
