If he has the right tools and knows what he is doing, it might take him as
long as an hour a side, but I would have thought a professional would be
able to do both sides in an hour. Takes me about two hours a side.
These times assume that no other problems are found (such as a leaking wheel
cylinder, necessitating a brake job), and that there is not a holdup due to
rusted up bolts or similar (only one I can think of that could cause a
problem is the brake drum retaining screw).
