I see quite a few LRs being recovered in the East Mids. Lincs for example make no excuses for stopping every, yep every defender out in the evening. As a Defenderer owner I’d be happy to be stopped.

Be interesting to see if they ever find any evidence of their provenance?

My mate got stopped in his 1985 V8 90 one night on his way home from Redditch to Birmingham after working the late shift a couple of years ago. They explained they had stopped him due to an increase in stolen Defenders. He explained he was on his way home from work. Commended them on the proactive activities and told them he'd be happy to be stopped every night!
