I am getting a lot of grief for driving the tattiest - and I mean, "prize winning for the tattiest" Defender on the planet. I drive it for two reasons 1. I like it. 2, I have a lot of used chip oil and it runs great on it.
However, I am getting a lot of grief from the wife and my Directors as the old girl looks a mess and marks her territory. I have tried parking it on the verge but the dripping oil is killing the flora, etc. SO.... will 1990 - 1995 Range Rovers (Diesel obviously) run on chip oil? These luxobarges are becoming quite cheap so if they run on oil I will purchase one and Tatty can just be used for fun at weekends.
Anyone know anything? cheers
