Radio noise

i have a T reg 300 Tdi with and electric connection on the pump, with the ignition of the radio is good as soon as i put on the ignition i get a very bad hum it does not get worse with the engine running, my question is what sot of suppressor would work on he radio, i see there are different amp values available

You need to to suppress electrically or mechanically the item that is the source, of the interference. Head units are build to isolate any incoming interference if the HU is installed correctly, so start by checking the units grounding.
