Radiator remove Disco TD5 aircon (facelift)

Hi there, wondering if anyone could talk me through removing the radiator, as I'm installing an electric fan in place of the viscous. There is already an electric fan on the front of the intercooler (in front of the radiator - correct me if i'm wrong).
The viscous is already out, and I have drained the coolant, and disconnected three pipes.
