ive just got my self a 110 200tdi hicap with pto superwinch.
the winch has clearly not been used while the previous owner had it as it has no cable on it and the pto wasnt attatched. not to mention the fact that the pto shaft isnt even long enough and the steering damper is in the way!!!
thats not the problem, the shaft is going to get the old cut and shut treatment.
problem is the mounting brackets for the shaft bearings, it came with one, or at least i think its supposed to be one, but i cant seem to see where it gonna go.
and its clearly supposed to have two.
does anyone know where the brackets are supposed to mount onto underneith my truck, any one got any pictures of theirs??? email to: [email protected] please!
if i can buy the brackets then ideal, anyone know where from as i cant seem to find anywhere?
i dont mind making them would just like an idea of where they go and some idea of what they look like before i try.
also one of the bearing appears to be pretty much ****ed, any one know the cost of new ones, and where from?
