Ptc heater fuse holder

HI all got a 02 td4 the the fuse holder in the engine bay for the ptc heater a got 3 fuses in i anyway checked them and they have melted not sure why landrover want 209 pound for a new one anyone got any ideas what i can do many thanks dawn also anyone no where the heater glow plug relay is had a look in e box but can not tell which one its is

is the glow plug relay also known as a starter relay in the box

Ref the ptc fuse box, could u get one second hand , only problem is has the ptc heater gone and causing the fuse box to melt in the beginning ???
