Problems with my Nanocom

I have just got my nanocom last week and seem to be having issues and need to know if its me, the car or the unit.

It seems to have ahard time reading the ecu all of the time, somes times it works others it sayd communication failed.

Alos when i try to do anythin gon the bcu the bash goes to o miles on the dispaly and all the light come on and freeze then ii get a communication error and the truck then will not start.

Any ideas please.

Make sure you've read the manual with respect to the ignition. Some of the ECUs want to be read with it on, some off. Some work with it on pos 2, but the electrical noise from the engine running knacks the communication.

The 0 mileage and truck not starting while the BCU is in 'service' mode is usual, though it scared me the first time it happened to me!

Thanks scared the crap out of me thought i had really broke something, will read the manual not done that yet i prefer to play rahter than read the book doh!
