Primer ADVICE!!

Hi Guys,

I am hopefully getting to grips with the preparation of my Land rover series 3. I just wanted to know, what is the best primer to use, not etch primer, primer! With the primer you suggested, can you use this in a spray gun to prime the whole car. As that's what I want to do. i.e best primer, can it be used in a spray gun, or what primer can?

Paddocks sell primer suitable for the paint they sell, What paint are you planning on using?
Best ask the supplier of your paint , any bare alloy will need etch priming 1st before normal primer.
