Hi all, I am new to this forum and just thought I'd join and ask for some help! 
I have an L reg Disco that the power steering has started to whine on!
It is louder if I am putting pressure on the steering to go round a corner.
It only started the other week when I was manouvering my trailer!
Up until that point she was fine!
Does anybody have any ideas as to what it could be, as I am mechanically minded to see if things are hanging off and to sort out basic things, but when she starts making noises I get a bit worried, especially as I depend on her for the yard.
Any help or ideas grately appreciated!
