Can I use transmission fluid for my power steering fluid? A friend of mine who works in a garage says yes but I'm not too sure? Any advice please! I got a Td4 2.0 sport Auto.

You can use any quality Dexron II or lll auto transmission fluid in the FL1. Basically if it's cherry red, then it'll be ok.
