Power loss when hot

Hello,

I have a Freelander TD4 2004 and i have a problem.
When the engine is hot when i put the 1st gear and go the engine grow in rotation and after i few seconds she loss power and then she is ok.

any suggestions

Could be MAF sensor.Wild guess:)
