Hi my name is justin and can some one please help me thanks and have been having some problems with my 2002 l322 had a diagnostics done and got

Now can some one help with what thay are and what parts I am going to need as this is the 1st time I have put her on a diagnostics and I have changed the 2 fuel pumps and fuel filter and cleaned the egf and cleaned the injections and done a full service and change the turbo lines thanks justin
 
What diag was used and what are the problems you are having.
the more info you give the better, i assume its a diesel the mention of injectors and turbo.
 
It was a new snap on one and the car is losing power lots more then it has it taking a long time to get up to speed and not going over 3000 rpm and some times she will not start so sorry for got to put that on my bad sorry and it's a 2002 l322 3lt td6
 
You need to clear the codes and then see what reappears as those codes could be old.
If you google the codes you will find a list of what they mean which you can post to save those on here some time trying to help you.
 
Is there GBox warning on dash, or other? You May be In limp mode. I don't even know if you have MAP sensors I'm afraid.

The only code reader I really know I’m afraid is the Gap iid, will have a look though on my list to see if they show up anything

Also mine I’d OBD2 compliant so wonder if the codes may mean something completely different

Looked the codes up but know u guys will know considerably better than myself if these are correct or not ???

But indeed as mentioned , know it’s always best to write them down first then clear the codes and then see what comes back

Wonder if it needs a leak back test , injector fault ?? , lol
 
Thanks for the reply the in injecters are working as have had a look at them and I have done a reset going out today to see how it goes then going to plug her back in and see like you have told me will keep you up to date thanks
 
I believe there are three pumps on the td6, sounds like fuel or turbo not working or split intercooler pipes
i believe the turbo is a variable vane one worked by a pipe that can cause problems and vanes stick.
someone with better experience than me should pick this
 
3 pumps including the ultra high pressure pump for the common rail which can cause pressure errors and can fail.
MAP sensor at rear of engine measures turbo pressure in the inlet manifold via EGR valve basically and feeds back info to the ECU, ECU controls the turbo solenoid valve by a series of pulses to allow more or less vacuum to act from the reservoir mounted on the inner wing (fed by the vacuum pump) into the variable vane turbo diaphragm , the vanes open or close to control the amount of turbo pressure going into the manifold closing the loop.
A leak In the turbo pressure system including intercooler can be read as an error , as can a leak in the vacuum circuit , pump and many cotton braided lines , the EGR valve, the MAP sensor failing or blocked with EGR fed gunk , the solenoid actuator valve, the turbo vanes not moving correctly or wrongly adjusted , the turbo itself failing , ECU wiring even transmission not changing correctly can cause an unexpected overboost situation I found.
 
Hi thanks so far for you help but still not go it sorted out yet rite I reset the coads a d went out and the car just stopped on me and had check injection system come up on the dashboard and she would not start so got her home with a friend and as we put her down I had to check and warning had gone off engine management light has gone off a d she started so now I have coads

Now I am going to buy a new inline pump today as I have been told it may be this as the car is down on power have cleaned most of the sensors now and the fuel is not coming out of the filter very fast but wean she stopped yesterday and I got her home and she started back up it did sound like she was missing on 1 of her cylinders but weant a way and is now ok there but still no power just creeps wean driving please help me out on this thanks
 
And ther is no transmission faults coming up on test with a snap on diagnostics just to add thanks will be striping her down today egr off inlet manifold of and injectors out if I can get them out what else can I get out and clean thanks
