I have to say that there seems to be alot of ****ing around to end up with what is actually still a very slow car!!!
Especially when u consider my overfinch disco did 0-60 in 5.8!

Yep it was a fun toy! stupidly quick and handled pretty well too. The guy who owned it before me had far too much money!

ship boys you should see it over here. the yots of today go out and buy a bog syandard poogut 205 then spend every penny that they and their girlfriends earn buy plastic **** tio stick on it.
big front bumpers,big rear bumpers,big side skirts, **** arse silly thing to cover the doors and front wings. then they have to buy a big lumpy thing to go on the bonnet. and of course don't firgit the 20-22 inch wheels along which the twin dustbins either side which i assume is the exhaust tail pipe
then !! then you get inside flourerance seat and trim, more gauages that a ww11 submarine, fluff and fur all over the place and of course bucket seats and full harrnesses. have i forgot anything?? oh yes the stupid paint job. we got one round here with beer barrel exhauses and the black flame like **** down the side with a dragons head on it. and every so tactifully in big bold letters he has writen" THE DRAGON CAR". not of these cars have had any thing done to improve performance, just a lot of ****e to slow them down. every time i see " THE DRAGON CAR" i'm tempted to get some vynvl...vynal..vynil..plastic sticky stuff and put " the dragon slayer " on me jag or beamer
but then i'm of the opinion "who cares wot it looks like ? does it go?"

Been into car modifying myself when i was younger.
However i am part the few club that has actually won a trophy or two in my time at car shows.
I agree with the fact about crap plastic and stickers over your car.
If you polish a turd, all you get is shiny sh*t!!!
Do things tastefully with body-kits and if speed is your thing buy a Skyline, R1 or a kit car...
Why watse money on a bag of crap.

Corsa Pilots they're the worst around here. Our everyday motor is an Escort GTi and when we're out on the road there's always one of the little arseholes trying to push you into a race. Stopped the car and got out to one the other week, I explained that if he was still behind me when I next looked in my mirror then I'd get back out and "Educate the little fellow and charge him for my time", it worked.
Me Landy's a different matter, they used to sit on the rear X member whilst doing around 40mph, literally inches of it until the day I decided to fit a toggle switch to me seatbox thus enabling me to cut the power to me brake lights. Its an eye opener for the little tossers I can tell you. I've only deployed "instant justice once" and I'd bet a weeks wage that adrenalin ran brown on that occasion for one prospective test pilot.

Makes me laugh every time I see a 17 year old in a "Supped up" car with a set of rims that are clearly worth more than the car itself! The ammout of front wheel drive cars I've seen with the Big Whale Tail spoiler on the back end still puzzles me... Its a Cosworth Spoiler, designed to push the rear of the car down to help with the traction! It lifts the front of your little piece of plastic crap up in the air? Um? no traction? Tw*ts! (no offence like!)

when i was running in around in me maserati the one i pulled on these ****s that sit on yer tail wanting a race was ....get to a roundabout then proceed on oposite lock until you was behind them, give them a polite wave then **** off down the next exit.. ,laugh?? i nearly got the fags out.. now i just pull over and let them get on with it i can't be bother with the hassle.
